Other inalists for the 2012 Music Managers Awards are Teresa Patterson of CRS Management and new kid on the block Tim Bern leading the charge with three nominations each. Ten awards in total recognising the achievements of local music managers over the past year will be presented at Auckland’s Backbeat Bar on May 16, including three new categories - Online Achievement, the Outside the Box award and Best Venue. Also awarded on the night will be a special award for which no finalists are announced. The Industry Champion award is voted for by the MMF members and recognises an organisation that is dedicated to being an advocate and champion for the NZ Music Industry.
