(When AV equipment is required a $50.00 fee will be incurred a for ZEAL AV/Sound technician. If a technician is required for a more complex sound set up there will be an additional fee of $50.00.)

IF APPROVED THE FOLLOWING MUST BE ADHERED TO:

No equipment is to be touched or used that has not been approved. Venue must be left as
clean as it was found.
Tables & chairs, etc may be rearrange to suit function requirements, but the venue must be
returned to the pre-hire set up at the end of the event, by the hiree.

PAYMENT:

A BOND OF $100.00 IS REQUIRED BEFORE THE EVENT AND WILL BE RETURNED AFTER HIRAGE.  This
payment is over and above any room or equipment hirage fee that may apply.

KEY POINTS TO CONSIDER

• Damages:  The cost of any damages will be the responsibility of the hirer.
• Hireage periods include setup and pack-down. Please allow for this in your booking period.
• Cleaning:please remove your own rubbish and recycling at the end of each event.
• Fire Alarm:  If the Fire Alarm is activated during the time of the hire period all charges incurred will be deemed to be the responsibility of the hirer.
• You are responsible for hiring adequate security for your event. If events occur which cause damage to the venue (practically or through reputation, relations with community) Zeal is legally allowed to seek damages from the hirer.
