The competition will be comprised of two heats (August 5 and 12) and a final (August 26). The judges will be examining lyrical content, musicianship and performance. Performers may have an accompanist who can either serve as the primary musician or a supporting instrument, duos are also acceptable entries. Entrants must be 18 years or younger at the date of their heat.Prizes will include $350 Rockshop vouchers for 1st place, $200 for 2nd and $100 for 3rd place.
