In 2009 Zeal received an invitation to look at the prospect of opening a third Zeal operation in Hamilton city. After completing a research project involving 200 young Hamiltonians, we are moving ahead with the fitout of 421 Victoria st. This facility will incude an all-ages gig space, cafe/hangout area, band rehearsal rooms complete with backline, recording studio, art - design - moving image suite, exhibition space, and dance rehearsal spaces open mid 2013.

In the mean time we're running something called the Zeal Mobile Unit consisting of a big black Zeal van, PA and backline gear, and a coffee trailer for running worshops and events ranging from anything like acoustic shows, craft markets, raves, skate comps, exhibitions - all for the purpose of enabling young people to show what they've got and learn new skills.
