Culture

ZEAL’s culture is to educate, develop and encourage; these three things are always placed within any program or event ZEAL runs. Zeal has a holistic approach. We aim to develop young people physically, mentally, and spiritually. The programs and events Zeal selects must reflect this and contribute to growing and encouraging youth aged 13-25.

We believe that it’s not enough to simply ‘keep youth off the streets’. Zeal aims to be more than a venue. We want to sow into the lives of young people who can go on to become valuable participants in their local communities.

It is the chance for them to become individuals who contribute to society, adding their own unique cultural identities to the life and diversity of their city. Zeal aims to motivate spectators out of the shadows and into places where they can influence and participate in the shape of the community they live in.
