Our Vision

Creativity

New Zealand is a creative country. Zeal aims to foster unique and creative expression among young people through dance, music and visual art. Zeal primarily focuses on the arts as a youth development pathway enabling young people to grow in an area of mastery and gain independence by doing so.

Education

Education is not mere knowledge, but also the power to make good decisions. Zeal uses educational programmes to encourage young people to overcome obstacles and challenges that they face on a daily basis.

Leadership

Zeal aims to empower young people to lead in their sphere of influence and set a positive example for others, whether this is in their high school, work place or sports team.
